Utility Veteran Joins Wind Developer as Non-Executive Chairman

EverPower Wind Holdings Inc., a Terra Firma company, announced today that Charles Weliky was appointed as its non-executive chairman. Mr. Weliky retired from Con Edison in August 2008 and most recently served as president and CEO of Con Edison Development and Con Edison Energy, both wholly owned divisions of Consolidated Edison.
